Vinyloop® gives a second life to post consumer PVC waste.
The Vinyloop PVC recycling process separates the useful PVC compound from other materials (other plastics, rubber, metal, textile...) by selective dissolution and filtration and precipitates it into microgranules of PVC compound. This regenerated PVC compound (R-PVC) that can be re-processed by extrusion, injection or calendaring. The process works on an industrial scale. It is a strong support towards the Voluntary Commitment of the Vinyl Industry
Vinyloop contributes to a sustainable development of our planet: Eco-efficient, the process uses less energy than the production of virgin material.
Forward looking: rather than a burden, wastes become a raw material resource.
