The VinyLoop® process is a physical, solvent-based recycling technology, suitable for difficult-to-treat composite PVC waste.

The VinyLoop® process scheme

The process separates the PVC compound from other materials (other plastics, rubber, metal, textile and others) by selective dissolution and filtration. It precipitates it into micro granules of PVC compound.

A centrifuge decanter (here below) characterises the VinyLoop® unique process. This is a state of the art filtration system which shows excellent results in the contaminant separation and in the enhancement of the R-PVC quality.

The Vinyloop® process is using a solvent which runs in a closed loop. The regenerated PVC compound can be processed by extrusion, injection or calendering.
