Vinyloop products – new codification (October 2009)
We are starting to manufacture Vinyloop products using the new industrial process. In order to identify them for they are different from the previous products, they have different properties and sales prices, we have set up a new codification.
Here are some examples: Vinyloop FP 101, Vinyloop FR 005
1st letter : industrial origin: F for Ferrara, R for Rheinberg, etc…
2nd letter : P for plasticised (> 10% in plasticiser content or Shore D Hardness > X to be defined) and R for rigid
1st number : industrial process: filtration: 0; DC: 1, etc…
2nd and 3rd numbers : grade taking into account composition and colour
The standard product previously named Vinyloop FC001 is now named Vinyloop FP101 with the new process.
